Gohar Ali Khan is a Pakistani lawyer and politician who has been the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) since 2 December 2023. He previously served as the party’s Chief Election Commissioner from 15 July 2023 to 30 November 2023. As a lawyer, Khan has assisted former Prime Minister Imran Khan, his predecessor PTI chairman, in his legal cases.

On 3 July 2022, he joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the presence of Imran Khan, Pervez Khattak and Asad Qaiser.

After joining the PTI, he fought several cases for the party, such as the PTI foreign funding case, and Imran Khan’s contempt of the Election Commission of Pakistan case.
